●Pure PVC resin cannot be processed：纯PVC树脂不可加工
－Poor thermal stability（accompanied by hydrochloric acid evolvement,HCL）很差的热稳定性（氯化氢产生出来）
－Strong sticking on hot metal parts很容易粘在热金属表面
●Two necessities for ALL processing routes：在PVC加工过程中两个必要因素

●The test on two-roll mill is repeated with additon of lubricants to the resin以下配方PVC中只加入润滑剂（在双辊上加工两分钟）
●Internal lubricant:decrease of friction between the intermolecular chains (red uc e self heating and melt viscosity)内润滑剂减少分子链间的摩擦（减少摩擦热和熔体粘 度）
●External lubricant:decrease of friction and sticking at the interface between the melt and the metallic parts。
外润滑剂降低PVC物料与金属表面的摩擦和防止物料粘到金属表面

加润滑剂后由于磨擦减少，样品颜色改善
●PVC can remain on the machine several minutes without sticking PVC
样品在双辊上压延两分钟后没有粘料
●Lubricants are NECESSARY,but [ZZ(Z]stabilization[ZZ)] is also required
此试验证明润滑剂在配方中的必要性，但是稳定剂系统更是不可缺少
